If you’re looking for something that’s on the lighter side without all the heavy sauces we would recommend these rolls. 😉😋
Holladay: Spicy tuna and tempura fried shishito peppers on the inside. Escolar and yellow tail on top with ponzu sauce finished off with some shredded red peppers.
Orchid: Yellowtail, cucumber and avocado inside. Topped with tuna and thin slices of strawberry and lemons, finished off with eel sauce.
Rainbow: California roll topped with different assorted fish.
